Thank you for choosing our Online CCTV Help Desk. We strive to provide the best customer service in the industry. To help us better manage your sales and tech support requests, we have implemented an online help desk system. There are three ways to get the assistance you seek. We recommend you review our three methods and take the appropriate steps:
- Search Our forum. In the search box above, search for the subject you need help with. You will find many posts with solutions to the most common issues. You can also post comments and additional questions to the forum which will be responded to by both community members and staff members.
- Submit a request. This would normally be a trouble ticket or an RMA request. This will be responded to by our own staff. We do our best to respond within one business day.
- Call us M-F 9-6 EST at 866-573-8878. All calls are answered in the order they are received and there can be excessive hold times due to the complexities of the systems we sell.
