I wanted to post this in announcements, but I did not see a way to do it so I am posting here instead. I just wanted to thank you for making an exceptional product, thanks to my Elite Mini, I captured the theft of my $55,000 boat on video which I provided to law enforcement. Not only was it helpful in recovering my boat, it provided the proof they needed to implicate several accomplices.

The day of the theft I posted a video of the theft here:  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t0sungAwdoc and my boat was recovered today (approximately 3 months later). The detective specifically mentioned seeing the video which prompted him to contact me. The detective that contacted me even said it will be used as case evidence. Without your DVR I would have had no clue what time the boat was taken and what type of vehicle was used to steal it, let alone what one of the accomplices looked like. I cannot go into details at this time, but the case is much bigger than just my boat, sometime soon a press announcement will be released and I will post the link to it, but suffice it to say, I am the ONLY one to have caught these guys on video.

Prior to your DVR I had a  Q-See QSD42208. The box was huge and noisy, and the video was terrible. The day I saw your demo video of the Elite Mini DVR I bought it without hesitation. I wasn't even on your site to purchase another DVR, I was here to buy a PTZ camera. Less than 2 months later it paid for itself 1000 times over.  Thanks once again.
