Used your items for the first time in trying new DVRs. Just got a call from a client that I recently installed a system in, the entire city was hit by a vandal and only his store, and my cameras caught the vandal. The police department, local businesses and even the mayor were very impressed with the quality of the image received from the unit (4channel h.264 dvr)The forensic specialist who pulled the video even commented on how easy the system was to navigate. I plan on using your dvrs for all of my future installs and would just like to say, great job and please dont go anywhere (i have bad luck with finding great vendors who then go out of business...)
